The Siberian C Peach is an exceptionally cold hardy peach with late-maturing fruit. They thrive down to zone 4 (-30F) conditions but adapt and produce well in warmer climates. Ripening mid-late september (around fall equinox), after all other peaches have been harvested. They originated from root stock trees selected for cold hardiness and dwarfing in siberia. Siberian C’s are perfect for any backyard, maturing at 12’-15’ tall. They can set fruit in as little as 3-4 years in full sun and fertile soil - super precocious!
The seeds were sourced from Miekel at Driftless Sacred Grove in Wisconsin from 5th generation selections. They are seedling grown peaches meaning the seeds can be sown for more trees!
Siberian Siberian C peaches are resilient and productive trees and the most cold hardy peach that we know of. We are super excited about these trees!
USDA hardiness zones 4-9. Reports of Siberian C peaches in Zone 3 with success.
